AZAL to Connect the Capitals of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan

January 13, 2023, Baku - Azerbaijan Airlines launches flights from Baku to Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.

So, from March 16, the airline will start flying on the Baku-Astana-Baku route.

Flights in this direction will be carried out twice a week. Flights from Baku to Astana will be carried out on Mondays and Thursdays, and in the opposite direction on Tuesdays and Fridays.

You can get acquainted with the full schedule of flights on the airline's official website www.azal.az. It will be possible to issue air tickets on the website of "Azerbaijan Airlines", as well as at accredited agencies of the air carrier.

Only the category of passengers with a flight permit will be accepted for flights under the conditions of restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It should be noted that starting from March 17, AZAL starts flying from Baku to another big city of Kazakhstan, Almaty (twice a week). Currently, "Buta Airways" airline company, which is part of AZAL JSC, operates flights on the Baku-Aktau-Baku route (three times a week).
