Due to increased security measures in Moscow, Azerbaijan Airlines is requesting passengers departing from the Russian capital to arrive at the airport 3 hours before their departure time.
Passengers who wish to cancel their transportation due to the recent tragic event at Crocus City Hall, for flights departing between 23.03.2024 and 25.03.2024 inclusive, are eligible to either reissue their tickets for a new departure date within the next 3 days while retaining the original route, or receive a full refund of the fare.
